Process
One of the core building blocks for a production designer is process. It enables efficiency, clarity, and consistency throughout a team and their projects.
By establishing a structure, a team is able to hit the ground running when a new project comes along. Process also helps communicate details and intent to internal and external teams, reducing risk and increasing successful outcomes.
• Started with simplified version – added more information to improve proofing process with internal teams and tracking revisions with external partners

• Created brand guidelines for decal stickers
• Reviewed every decal in the Square catalog, across 8 hardware devices and 8 countries, and distilled down the amount of shapes and sizes to be as minimal as possible
• Worked with designer to set up rules and guidelines when new payment types needed to be included
• Creating templates for digital social media ads
• When new ad campaigns surfaced, copy & images could be easily dropped in and exported
